The Foundation has been set up for the benefit of children of Alpha Gamma brothers (late 80s-early 90s) who are deceased or are otherwise in academic need, with donations going toward tuition, room & board, and other costs.
9 brothers from Phi Kappa Tau in school between ’88 – ’95 have passed, leaving ten children who are now aged 15 to 23.
Pete, Geoff, Scott, Kent, and Lefty each have two kids, two of which currently attend University of Delaware, with the rest approaching college age very soon.
This Foundation is a small token of our love and friendship for these great men. Grants will help offset the cost of college will honor these great men, and show their children that their fathers were part of a special group and will forever be missed.
The Goin Far Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) established in July of 2020 in response to the untimely deaths of brothers mentioned in the dedication.
